First of all: I know my pronunciation of the Latin is far from perfect, but I tried my best!
All of the tracks are me, and I recorded it using my laptop and the built-in microphone. Then, I set the song to pictures of religious paintings I found on Google. Below is some history about the song.
From Wikipedia: "Gaudete" ("Rejoice") is a sacred Christmas carol, composed sometime in the 16th century, most likely in reference to Gaudete Sunday, the third Sunday in Advent. It is celebrated in the Roman Catholic Church falling between December 11 and December 17 inclusive. The song was published in the Piae Cantiones, a collection of Finnish/Swedish sacred songs published in 1582. No music is given for the verses, but the standard tune comes from older liturgical books.
The text, in Latin, is a typical song of praise, probably stemming from the Middle Ages. It follows the standard pattern for the time - a uniform series of four-line stanzas, each preceded by a two-line refrain (in the early English carol this was known as the burden). Carols could be on any subject, but typically they were about the Virgin Mary or the Saints of Christmas."

I'd like to do a layered version of this myself but I'm concious that it grates on peoples nerves when the words are "wrong". Can someone guide me to a guide or tell me what to look out for in my version?
@Avalon888 There is no correct pronouciation as such since latin is still a living language and it is difficult know precisely how the prayer would have been sung many centuries ago. Try consulting a Roman Catholic priest. Latin is still commonly spoken in the Church
