Quantum Informatics on a Chip

Unparalleled computing power, ultra-sensitive
measurement and fundamental insights into the
laws of nature are just a few of the capabilities
offered by photonic quantum information
science. Using innovative and cutting edge
fabrication techniques, Macquarie University
researchers have created a platform on which
these frontier technologies will be able to
realise their full potential. We have developed
a material-versatile 3D photonics platform,
and with our international collaborators,
demonstrated that our quantum circuits are
the superior platform for sophisticated quantum
experiments.Ourscalablequantumcircuit
platform opens new avenues in quantum
information experimentation that have until
now been impossible.
