  • it's easy if you have sokeone else cleaning up the kitchen when you are done

  • outstanding. i dont think oz realized what a great chef he had on

  • Just found your channel.

Wonderful information! Thank you so much for it, and for putting yourself up there at the front of the video about your and your family's physical transformation. I've just begun in earnest to eat a low carb, high fat diet; and feel better physically.

But wow, you've really done it all the way.

  • I saw you and your family on Dr Oz today and thought I know you from some show, and here it is: On the food network with low carb cooking.

  • hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  • He has some disturbing eyes :S

  • you are amazing <3 xx

  • @braidworks I'd say yes. There is some debate about the healtheness of it, but IMO it really depends on it's form and the amount. A moderate amount in an unprocessed form is what the native okinawan elders eat (the longest lived in the world)

However, processed versions of soy/tofu, like any processed forms, are not good in my opinion. Hope this helps!

  • yes I think so. It is of soy beans, and low-carbers use soy flour in their cooking.
