It's that time a year again, and that means it's yet another Halloween contest. I actually had no plans to make a sequel for this in the first place, but through inspiration and motivation, it was just made!
For those who haven't heard of the "Scary Town" series, make sure to watch Part One, before viewing this one.

Oh, dude! Don't worry, I completely agree. I couldn't re-shoot the entire thing, due to time restrictions. Not to mention, at the time, the place was constantly crowded on every server.
