Hi, I'm David Carnes, president of Arcstone. I like to connect people and I like to connect processes. I used to be very active in terms of playing music and I enjoyed the engineering and the sound connecting all of the different devices together, and computers work in a similar way.

And I think you tie that in with people and it gets really interesting because people have their own motivations and things that makes them want to work together, and function together well. and so you know, building a team and pulling together all these processes and systems, it's a really interesting challenge.

There's a balance that you have to achieve that you know, took us a while to get but we're there now where you don't over-plan, you want to leave a little bit of room to let creative juices, and the creative process kind of flow so that you can make changes as appropriate.

what I'm passionate about is taking an idea, just a carnal thought and making it become real. We have customers come to us with a concept, an idea, we brainstorm, we look at the resources we can pull together, what they have, and collaborate and kind of create a more concrete vision, and then it takes a month, six months a year, all pulled together to make it real and make it work.
