Hey,
I'm just a crazy eletronics guy who thinks these new electric vehicles are the way to go. I have been very pleased with my DAYMAK AUSTIN electric motor bike. Third year of riding around the city streets (ebay shipping) and out the local highway. Have had a few electrical/electronic issues which I repaired quickly. However as with all new things there is room for improvement. I started by making my own printed circuit board with a MicroChip on the back. Have tried this board on many motors. Anyone want to buy a board with programmed micro to built your own electric vehicle hub motor controller. Use what ever MOSFET's you want to. Control the low battery cut off without starting a fire. Here is a nice and neat solution. Wouldn't low speed reverse be nice for backing your bike into the shed or garage. Going FASTER with MORE torque. After all that and then there is the battery pack. A better charger. How about that solar charger. Even a faster, quicker charger would be nice. I have made a few of these even a RV charger that charges the ebike's 48V to 72V battery while the RV is being driven from town to town. Cool means of transportation for the next generation.

  • Awesome! Thanks for sharing this. I am fascinated with electronics. I used to work for iRobot building the B21R (now obsolete). I designed the wiring harness when they went to rflex. I am an amateur at best at pcb component level, but I learned a lot at this job. Mechanical and electrical were my area. Thanks again!

  • you are welcome

  • cool vid thanks

  • thanks

  • Why is the word "danger" showing up as a mirror image? Was that a mistake?

    Are those chemicals toxic?

  • I designed the board layout that way so the word "DANGER" would be seen from component side of board. The chemicals are standard PC board making products sold by MG Chemicals...ferric chloride is also used at water treatment plants to clean water

  • Great Job! Would it be possible to look at your schematics please or at least where you based your design from? :)

  • yehh

  • so it comes with pedals? are they any useful?

  • sounds like a bong in the background at about 2:17 :o lol!

    nice vid
