After receiving alot of e-mails on battery banks, inverters, grid tie inverters etc.., i decided to do a video of my set up that literally stops my mains meter even with laptops lcd tv running etc..., i have all the inverters available modified, pure sine wave, and grid tie inverters and thanks to the solar panels and wind turbine that I sell on my site:www.windchasers.eu I have a hybrid system so i can take care of almost all my energy requirements.

  • Your setup is growing,

  • @nomad35d yes and i need a biggger shed lol, thanks for your comments buddy much appreciated

  • keep the wind turbine on the battery power and when your battery's are full you connect with a timer to drain them threw the grid ties also.

or make an electric car with the batteries

  • @davidrrrd

cheers buddy i have thinking how to incorporate everything together and would love to hear someone that thinks that is possible and his ideas the problem is that with the solar panels connected to the gti it really likes to work at around 16v+ but further testing needs to be donne.

see u buddy and thanks for your support

  • Great video..Are your Solar Panel's connected in parallel or series?..

  • @humbertini900: Hey, what kind of savings/reductions are you seeing on your electricity bill since installing the grid-tie inverter??

  • Nice video, but you should really tidy your wiring up a bit. Take a look at my shed setup if you fancy.

  • what brand of batteries do you have

  • one way is to hook up the wind to the bateries threw a proper controler for that perpouse, and the solar can go directly to grid tie system,

you can set up a timer to dump batteries at a certin part of the day threw a grid tie inverter, and shut off again before the batteries are damaged,

start with a half hour and work your way up

  • Looks great as always.keep up the great work
