Check out Smogon... I'm busy working on a fakemon representing the traditions of the Makah Indians. You can find it at the Create-A-Pokemon kitchen.

@karddancer1, not many of the children on our rez are full blood Makah, Most of these children are grand children of mother who married out sid eof our people so as to not amrry a cousin ect.
We have a handfull of those who can claim 4/4 blood native, or Makah Nations

@ibtwillin The person who gave me the permission was one of the organizers whose name I do not know. The "Canoe Dance" performance took place during the Makah Days in Neah Bay two years ago.
Obviously there is no intent on my part to cause any anger or confusion.

I would like to know who gave you permission to post these videos. IT IS STATED AT THE BEGINNING THAT NO RECORDING IS TO TAKE PLACE. THESE SONGS BELONG TO INDIVIDUAL FAMILIES AND ARE NOT TO BE RECORDED. IT IS OF DISRESPECT TO DO SO.

@ibtwillin Very good point! Thank you for bringing this up.
I am familiar with the guidelines and requests of the Native Nations in Washington State. I received a verbal or e-mail permission to record and post on youtube all the videos with my nickname on it.

Cute. some of the children don't look Native American, are some of them not? Or only part?

@kardancer1
It sure is a pleasure to watch and listen.
I think that the ethnic origin is defined by some laws that don't necessarily mean both parents being Native. I am not familiar with the details. As far as I know the children are from local area (Neah Bay) schools. This is the land of the Makah Nation.
