@Duck4212 Neither do prudent pilots, which was my point. Any aircraft can be flown into a situation where no matter how much power you have it will be unrecoverable in fact with more power it can mean it just happens more suddenly. They there is the issue of power to weight ratios, stall speed vs cruising speed, stalling characteristics etc etc.

Your question made the assumption that more power is always the answer. My response was to get you thinking

Yep it's a problem alright. thank goodness no one ever flies an air craft with NO engine

The plane looks cool but I question whether or not the small engines on these type if aircraft have the power to pull you out of a bad situation due to the wealther or pilot error. If you lose control spin or dive or if your landing approach is bad , can this engine give you the power you need to pull out or correct?
