I set the front wing is 2 and rear wing is 4, it is a very low downforce setting for the longest straight in Fuji, I think AI may using the default setting so their corner speed were faster than me. In addition I need to apply the rear suspension harder for more oversteer in acceleration when turn out of corner. Thanks for your useful comments !

Smooth driving all around, you seem to be particularly comfortable on this shorter version of the Fuji track. You're fast around most of the track except the section from turn 3 to turn 5. The AI seems to have a faster line or setup through those bends, there seems to be a touch of under steer during acceleration. I'd recommend maybe some suspension work since the track is on a gradient through the corners so hopefully it can help you to get more grip through the bends and carry more speed.
