definitely underscored. i dont think the american team this cycle could have really challenged the top but they definitely were underscored on quite a few routines - this being one of them. i've read all the comments about their form deductions but if you look closely you'll notice them across the board.

If the gymnasts were wearing bags over their heads Amanar would have been getting 9.3s for her Phelps vaults the way she typically did them. It was only her name that held her score up on them.
