This is Mughal culture not indian culture. indian is a word that europeans created. The clothes she is wearing were from Mughal empire and the Mughal emperors used to be entertained with dances like these.
There were many civilizations and empires that influenced Pakistani culture, food, clothing, language, etc and also India like how Indus Valley Civilization was so different from Mughal Empire and so on.
but much of Pakistani culture, clothing, language, art is influenced by the Mughal empire simply because the Muslims in what is now Pakistan sided with the Mughals...while Sikhs and Hindus were enemies of the Mughals,,,,still you hindus/sikhs eat Mughal cuisine and wear Mughal clothes.
Kavithait I respectfully disagree with you. You can clearly hear musical instruments like Tabla and Sittar in this song both were invented by Indian Muslims Tabla by Amir Khusrou and Sittar by (Sorry I forgot the name) both were Muslims.
