How to win at Puzzle Quest: Galactrix online multi-player ranked match

This strategy is nearly impossible to beat. The only thing that beats it is someone using the same ship and same strat. Who goes first is determined by ship speed. This is the fastest ship in the game. Loop the Temporal Field and Shock Net as needed, so your enemy never gets a turn.

Acheron Ghostship - You automatically get the plans for these after releasing Beta Prime at Acheron. Talk to the General and you get the plans. Then craft the ship.

Temporal Field - Bought at Aries Shipyard in the Aries system.

Keck Shell - Crafted item. You need to get the random drop by fighting ships with this equipped.

Darkmatter Beam - Bought at Rogue Systems in the Vela system.

Bola Mines - Crafted item. You need to get the random drop by fighting ships with this equipped.

Shock Net - Bought at Rogue Systems in the Vela system.

There are afew ways that this could be fixed so that the multiplayer in this game is not a joke, but not officially regulated.

Hopefully this game gets patched and you will not be able to waste people's time. If you cared about this game, you would not encourage this behavior, and use it as an example to people who want to have a GG to leave any room that has a lev 50 ghost ship/sphere in it. IMO, and ship that you can only get through crafting is broken and should not be used in multiplayer.

This game is not that great. It needs work/balancing. Take a look at the leaderboards. There are pages and pages of people who only have 50 wins, because they stop after they get the achievement. They do that because the multiplayer is broken because of people like you. This game isn't fun when every game is a gamma sphere/ghost ship with bola mines and three stun weapons.

I believe you can buy keck shell for around 9000. Forgot where it was though.

tems do not cooldown when one player misses a turn. very simple way to stop infinites and bola mine spamming.

not very many mines on game start. speaks for itself. Or bola mines could have their red usage increased to above a level that they can be used on the first turn.

Set an example to people to help keep this game fair and balanced.

I will stick with my MRI mindship and not lower myself to a level that degrades this game.

Here are afew ways that this game could be patched.all items start out with their cooldown. This would effectively prevent any kind of infinite like the one that is demonstrated here, as well as provide ways to counter a dark matter beam with balanced items that sap energy or add cooldown to the enemie's items.
