  • 180, however the Tiptronic doesn't give a true torque reading compared to the 5sp.

  • that's a big difference after the tune. would you know how much MPG you would get after the tune? would there be a gain or loss in MPG? thanks for you post . interested in the tune myself

  • thats odd... the PD engine should have about 120 BHP stock... 60 is more like what you would get from an old N/A(natural aspirated) 1.6L diesel from back in 1985 found in the MK 1's and MK2's....

  • I just got an '04 Jetta GLI.

    Do you have any idea what chip I should get.

    And will I need a performance fan to run it.

    (basically will the engine overheat if I don't get one.)

    I've never worked on today's cars/engines.

    I always helped my dad work on his '73 Nova SS

    Which had a re-built 350 small-block in it.

    So if you have any suggestions, please help, thanx.
