@younggunsfan Actually, people cared more about graphics then than they did now, constantly expecting a new console with double the bits. But the fact is, despite that, game play was still outstanding.

@younggunsfan I'm pretty sure people actually cared /more/ about graphics back then. I don't see when games stopped being good. That is because that never happened. There are still bad games. There are still good games. There always have been.

@italia0788 Yeah. The dreamcast was an amazing console, with some amazing games. It really sucks that Sega had to market it so poorly that it failed, I would have loved to see Sega still making consoles today.

@HDClassicRecords If I saw things like BF3/Crysis/Uncharted, back in 1998, I would not have believed it was actual gameplay. :)
