These pictures don't reflect the true distance which is still too close. But not as close as it seems.
Counter-suggestion: Count the vehicles that actually comply the 2 sec rule. And count only vehicles that are at least as fast as the one in front of them.

Suggestion - write out 100 times "only a fool breaks the two second rule" It takes 2 seconds to say and is a good way of judging if you are too close to the back of the vehicle in front.
