After CPRS founder Joe Franke makes a humorous statement, the sound of a "growl", or exaggerated "exhale", is picked up by three different recording devices. The first was a simple digital voice recorder. The second was a HiDef voice recorder, and the third was the audio track of our MiniDV Camcorder. Nobody at the time heard this sound when it was recorded. If you listen closely, especially the HiDef recording, with headsets, you can almost hear reverb, or echo. This is impossible for that room as it was carpeted and sound did not reflect well. We could not reproduce this sound and cannot explain the source.
