well does the battery get hot after a couple hours? if yes then its good because that means the battery is charging. if no i have no idea.

i bought this gun a week ago and for some reason the charger will not charge my battery. the little box thing that plugs into the charger cord will not completely go onto the end of cord. im not sure if it's not supposed to all the way onto the cord or not, but idk what to do. please respond.
