the site that u download this from is difficult to figure out. infact since i cant download anything without being a member i thought why not sign up or join. yet i cant find the Creat new acount, or New user option anywhere. is this a failed site or what? help would be apreciated

There is a map editor made by Paul Siramy, for d2modding visit us at d2mods.com. As for how difficult it is it much depends on the modmaker and what sort of mod you wish to make, i used to think some parts of d2modding was hard especially when working on things that havent been done before but now 9 years later i find d2modding much less stressful and tedious
