and bishop Morkos of Shubra in 2008, put forward the number of Orthodox Copts in Egypt as being over 12 million. Other estimates made by church officials estimate this number to be 16 million. Protestant churches claim a membership of about 300,000 Egyptians TRY RESEARCHING BEFORE OPENING YOUR MONTH

First, you'll know a Christian by their fruit. If they don't act like one and live like one, they're not one.
Second, why a Catholic state? Exchange Islam for Catholicism? All that's doing is exchanging a false god and false prophet, with a real God and a false doctrine and idolatry. Which is worse?
Third, it is inevitable. For those that don't know, Islam is the Antichrist - The Beast. They deny Jesus' deity and the trinity of God. And Islam is prophesied throughout the OT and Revelation.
