Pilates is such a great way to stay in shape and get fit! I love pilates! It's the only exercise that I stick with because it has such great results and isn't hard on the body. I have totally shifted my body, my shape, my mind and my attitude! You can lose weight doing pilates.... as long as you also incorporate some cardio and do pilates consistently you'll be fine.

  • Hi Erin, I had my 2nd baby 18 months back.I had flat tummy till last month and was fitting in all jeans which I got 10 yrs back. But recently I see my tummy coming out and find it hard wearing those jeans.I wanted to know can these workouts help me get that flat tummy even after 18 months later having my baby.If so please do let me know after how many hrs of breakfast/lunch I should do them.I am waiting for ur reply.

Thanks a lot for ur videos.

  • you can do them, and work up to a more challenging workout. just do them anytime you can fit them in... before breakfast in the morning is the best time to work out in general though.

  • Hi Erin! Really love your video... I wish I came across this sooner.. Its been 11 months since I had my baby, and my abs and below are a mess! I am petite in size, but my tummy is the only thing sticking out and making me look out of proportion! If I did this exercise would it still work? And would I still need to do it 2-3x a week or everyday?

    Thanks again!

  • use this video to tighten the tummy 3-4x a week, then progress to a harder video. but add cardio to your workout as well. you must be able to burn fat as you are strengthening! good luck!

  • wow thanx for the video... it looks great. my baby is only 3 weeks and i was wondering if i feel ok can i start now... or do i have to wait 6 weeks before i start the workout?

  • hey, sorry to just respond! i would check with your doctor. but if you feel good an easing into it with this video should be ok!

  • Oh hai! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my BF got ripped 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • Thanks for posting this! I'm almost 10 weeks postpartum and looking forward to toning everything back up. My core was really strong before I was pregnant so I'm hoping I can get it strong again!

  • Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight with it.

  • hi erin,

i had a baby 10 months ago and i have been doing yoga, running and sit ups and crunches but my stomach sticks out and i feel like i look pregnant. i have been doing some research and i think i have abdominal separation. would you recommend these excercizes to help fix the separation?

  • Does anyone have any idea if these exercises are bad for the back? I had been doing them two or three times a week (my baby's nearly 2 years now, it's time I got my stomach in shape!) until I explained them to a friend who said she thought they might be bad for the back? I like this workout but don't want to damage myself!

  • how long after delivery do you have to wait before starting these exercises, assuming you worked out before the pregnancy?

  • Brilliant - thanks!

  • Great video Erin, would you please do a similar video how to get rid of love handles, butt and the extra fat in the back of the body? Thanks a lot in advance and appreciate it

  • you have great legs
