but in a battle, you're supposed to be enemies.. you can be friends outside of a battle but not during. you're trying to burn your opponent, not compliment him.
US is not far behind, maybe socially and academically but not dance wise. HA! But seriously, I hear people say that "they get paid to that ALL day blah blah blah." And of course most of the Bboys that actually tell me that are the ones that have no jobs. See what I mean...academically.
Why is it that someone can do "foundation" and look the same as everyone else AND get props for it but when someone does "power" and looks the same as everyone else then he is just someone without rhythm. Power is what motivates people to get into dancing in the first place. "Power" is the true "foundation" in one form or another. Bboying is all OPINIONS. Don't forget that.
im not being biased but bboys are bboys or breakdAncers. koreans are good and they dont only have power. and ppl from other countries turn and this stuff into there own thing called style..for example phsyicx..yeah he gets old, but he does do power in his own way..think on it hard..everyone is god dont judge the bboy world and hate on it. should apreciate wuts in front of u and out there
This battle was better then any Korean battle I have ever seen. Great routines, lots of flavor, good use of power moves...the Koreans can do some unheard of stuff but that doesn't mean you're better or further along, bboying is not about power or doing the craziest moves. American crews like Massive and Battle Monkees, Killafornia..etc have great foundation, flavor and rythem...Once again this battle was so tight to me!!!
these are dope crews no doubt, but this battle is seriously gay... 5 man sync dancing has gotta get outta bboying, thats some pop shit..
