Egyptian Seal Team forces are the best Striking Special Forces in Egypt.

The Seal Team is 1st established under the command of the thunderbolt units in the bolt Anshas school, there elements from officers are being selected by the school to choose the team of officers and parachute units and units of the bolt and a brigade units of the Navy. And the duration of the band (Seal) 34 weeks without stop, also medical checkup tests is being held for personnels to make sure of their medical safety first. The distribution of the training plan in general is as follows:

Phase I
duration of 4 weeks is as follows: the training of individuals to adapt to the living person of special operations require a broad effort by the individual who is training which makes the individual able to bear the difficulties in the field of war

Phase II
A two-week teaching the individual military swimming and marine rescue and emergency under water and first aid.

Phase III
duration of 7 weeks which is a cross-country distances running 30 km in the glow of daylight in the middle of the night in short times.

Phase IV
(A) a two-week, a training on defensive and offensive diving and by using closed-circuit (special forces units diving equipments) and the Seal teachers attacks trainee underwater and manually take his equipments and steal it from under the water, then he learns how to defend himself and take it back from them. Then Training in the lift and rescue personnel in case of failure or completeness of the task under the water after confirmation of the injury.

(B) a week shooting is the use of all types of weapons and training will be conducted in the daytime and at night.

Phase V
A segment concerns with parachuting jumps, the trainee jumps free and tactical jumps also area clearance jump in the daytime and in the middle of the night on the ground and jump into the water for a distance away from the beach 5 km and back into the water to the beach

Phase VI
duration of two weeks in which teachers follow the ways of hard training for the trainees as in these two weeks it will be clear which individuals who actually wish to be fedayee (self-sacrificing), or vice versa and who cannot continue in trainings tough rebuke is used against him, a term referring to a special military personnel harsh rebuke. After that comes a week training to penetrate the barriers and obstacles. And training to attack coastal targets and marine objectives open and closed inside and outside the port of the enemy by using open and closed oxygen tubes.

Hell Week
Is the toughest period in the entire duration of the training as trainees wake up in the middle of the night as they were sleeping by pouring cold water containers over them, then do something crawling on the sand under a barrage bullet (15% casualties is permitted). Training is in the middle of the night where they are deprived from sleeping as much as possible, and also uses interns sifting trunks of trees, soldiers will use these logs by carrying them and do strengthening exercises for physical (pressure, belly, Mind) Most of these exercises are at night, spray trainees with cold water , brought in specifically for this purpose, and after that sending people carrying white weapons to attack the trainees at random times and trainee must face them, then 24 hours rest.

After the rest is training on the use of explosives of all kinds on land and at sea, aslo the use of live explosives, also training on breaking into buildings and housing targets in the tactical village, and after that training to jump free and get off on the objectives of residential and clear them after that return back to training under the water, including the mining of the marine targets by more than one way.

The hell period ends in the Lake of Karoon and part behind the High Dam and the third part in Fayoum, and that part teaching the trainee sleeping and living in ponds and swamps and swimming in the ponds and the attack and withdraw from the pond water, these ponds also are characterized with too high salinity, then the training stage to stay 24 hours a day and night in the pool in the standby mode and the attack mode, trainees are warned from urinating because these ponds according to the military bacteria swim in the urethra canal and cause death to the person in the quarter of an hour. At the end, the hell week ends and preparation is done for the last part which includes the actual training and real special operations in the sea, air and land.

Follow-up
Task force has completed the Special Forces trainings with emphasis on some of the exercises relatively light, aviation, marine navigation and long queues of walking from Anshas till the Red Sea back and forth and then back again. This explains their slogan at the time of peace sweat in training saves the blood in battles.
