My take on combining two of my greatest interests: The Space programme and the music of ian Anderson and Jethro Tull. A slightly shorter and re-edited piece of one I did previously.
Film clips from various sources including the TV Drama 'Moonshot' and vazarious NASA film fuelled ads andTV programmes.
The song kicks in after about a minute and relates to the Michael Collins who remained on the Command Module in solitude and in orbit around the moon while Armstrong and Aldrin made the headlines. At the points when he was orbiting on the dark side of the moon, Collins would have been the most isolated man ever.
Lonliness in the extreme.
Thanks, much appreciated!

Thanks Charlie,
Glad yo enjoyed it, the original is on here as well, I just needed to tidy a few bits up, up on it and edit so that i could post it also to my personal youtube channel.
I'm a huge fan of this track, it is under-valued in the Tull catalogue and in my opinion is one of Anderson's bets, lyrically and musically.
Hope you're doing OK, missed your posts on the board, but good to see you back there. Hope all is well my friend
best regards
pat
