On December 29, Samoa will move its time zone a day ahead by shifting the international dateline to the east, bringing it into line with neighboring New Zealand and Australia. (Dec. 28)

Japan does not even have any time saving measures. We don't have to reset out clocks twice a year. I don't see the big advantage of using daylight saving time.
