Welcome to Baby Bump Book Review #2!
This one is on Spiritual Midwifery by Ina May Gaskin.

She, along with the midwives on The Farm in Tennessee, developed a holistic, empowering birthing method that resulted in complications WAY below the norm in hospitals today.

This is a great read for anyone who is interested in natural childbirth, or who is pregnant and would like to be exposed to more empowering and complete birthing methods (natural or not).

Highly recommended!

  • I looked at that book on Amazon, but ended up getting a book call "Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way" by Susan McCutcheon. Either way I think it's good to learn the ways of the old. Seeing that I'm a person who believes in the "SHTF" event, it may be a matter of survival to know these things. Thanks again for the video.

  • @thegreatwoodlife Yes, whether or not the SHTF episode happens, which I think is still up in the air in some ways, I think there are a few things that the world will always need - and one of them is definitely folks who know how to deliver babies :)

  • Hedhog Signaling Is The Beginning Process Of Embryonic Stemcell Growth That Is In The Forms Of Desert Hedghog Signaling And Sonic Hedghog Signaling. Sonic Hedhog Signaling Is Thought Of Being The Most Signifigant Of Basic Embryonic Stemcell Growth Because It Transfers Most Genetic RNA+DNA Make-up. Also Its Healthier For Birthing Mothers To Deliver While In A Squating Stance Position, Because It Is Natural, While Laying On A Bed IS Only More Benificial To The Doctor, Not The Mother+Baby.

  • @charisbrownmalloy Yes indeed. But I'm a bit of a SHTF survivalist by nature so I'm a bit bias on that lol

So far I feel the midwifery is lacking in general knowlege of natural medicine from plant tinctures and alkaloids. Not sure if that is tought by spiritual midwifery or not, but It would be good if it was. After learning about the umbilical cord thing, I was dumbstruck to not have heard it before. Anyhow, keep making the vids and spreading the knowledge.
