Drug dealer caught by Avon and Somerset Police

The video shows officers from Avon and Somerset Constabulary involved in an pre-planned operation follow of a suspected drug dealer. The vehicle failed to stop for the unmarked police car in Bristol, UK. After a short pursuit the suspected drug dealer abandoned his vehicle before being arrested by armed officers. He was later charged for being in possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. The drugs recovered by Avon and Somerset Constabulary had a street value of more than £40,000.

do police not realize that prohibition does not work?every dealer they arrest it just pushes up the price and lowers the quality of the end product this is why when product goes down prices go up crime goes up to fund the high end prices ;-) have a little think about it does prohibition work or would regulation make things alot safer and alot better?

every time a dealer is busted another will be dealing in his place with in hours. The only way to stop drugs is to tackle the reasons why people take them in the first place

Expensive helicoptor pursuits, Arrests, fines and prison doesn't solve the personal problems that cause the millions of people to be addicted to drugs - and their addiction is proof of the fact the illegality of drugs hasn't restricted supply in any meaningful way. Drug addicts can always score.
