I don't think he's actualy swaping bars but it does look like it : but what most ppl who get used to keybinds do is they create macro like example

/cast [nomod] Polymorph
/cast [mod:shift] Ice lance
when he doesen't hold any modifier (alt,ctrl or shift) the icon will look like polymorph but if he holds shift and than presses the spell it'll look like icelance and cast icelance. its just to save space and for easier access to most used spells.

So, I'm a fire mage up in coming. This guy blows my mind thinking of what they can do... he does 360 spells like pro. Someone showed me this and I wouldn't know what to do without him. I would be just another frost mage :P !
