Update 1:05 pm: Per telecon between G Wilmott and Dean Haskins portions of which were relayed to me. Here is what was relayed and intermixed with some of my own observations from watching the live feed this morning. Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Obama's attorney were a no-show at the hearing even telling the judge ahead of time they would not show up and participate in his court proceedings. Obama thinks he is above the law and the U.S. and Georgia constitutions. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed. How does the mainstream media spin this? The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia!

Obama is not above the law. Congratulations to all freedom and constitution loving Americans for finally getting a day in court under the merits! God bless and thank the great state of Georgia for upholding the rule of law, not matter who it is.

So which is it that you believe ... that Obama was not born in the USA and has a forged birth certificate, or Obama was born in the USA but his father was not a USA citizen?

There are only two types of citizenship recognized under the United States constitution: Natural-born and Naturalized. There are no other classifications of citizenship.
