This video shows how to create a High Availability SQL Server 2008 utilising Double-Take Availability GeoCluster Replicated Disks.
Hyper-V Virtual Machines are used in this video but the same configuration could be used on Physical Servers, ESX Virtual Machines or any other hardware/hypervisor type.

This Video shows a graceful migration from one node in the cluster to another. It also shows a forced shutdown (power off) of the active cluster node within seconds of a new database being created.
