@bobcarn im glad im not the only one who isnt completely retarded. nobody complains about chips lasting a long time... y complain about the damn fries. i bet if u cooked a steak until there was no moistire in it the same thing would happem

I bet that if he put the sandwiches in the jars when they were cold, there would have been no sweat/heat and thus, lasted longer in the jars.
I've seen four year old McDonald burgers....they don't change, just shrivel.

The fries are cut thin, and most liquid is boiled away from the frying process. The other fries he used were steak fries and much thicker. They still had moisture, so they rotted. McDonald fries are closer to potato chips, they're thin and crispy. If you took potato chips, even homemade chips that are crisp-fried, into that container, they'd last just as long as McDonald fries. Heck, look at the expiration dates on a bag of chips.... you can see they're meant to last a long time.
