@xhanahoshinox The description is a bit misleading. The song is Suppuration and the singer is KOTOKO from I've Sound. Much of her music has been used in anime; Shakugan no Shana uses almost all KOTOKO music.

In the lyrics there's a line that goes like this: "Such an unstoppable inundation, the dripping pus of my emotions". I think that's a metaphor for her tears; she can't stop suppurating (crying) because her feelings are like an infected wound. That's why the song is named Suppuration.
