Hey Blaze, how can I get some of that seasoning you rubbed the roast with? I agree I've used Tony's since back in the day and it's changed! I went out and got some "Slap Ya Mama" (among other true cajun cooking items) after seeing your reaction to things cooked with it! LOL! I got the phone number off the web of the meat store he owns, should I start there? Also, I noticed you used "Chops" in your Spyderco breakfest video, heck I want'em all my man! They added favor and color to the dishes! Thx
