The fourth short was our very brief thriller "Disturbed." Our script only called for one actor, so our runner was played by Kerry from the CERN-ifiable team. He was great to work with. We had not even thought about coaching him through his role since our main focus was the need for a runner. Kerry really made the part, by adding little things with his gestures that we had not thought to ask for or coach him to do.
Some things to note about "Disturbed," the short consists of three scenes. The opening scene of the truck was the scene that I did all the camera work on. The meadow scene is the one with the truck and Kerry outside and it was that scene that I directed. The final scene I was on sound with the boom microphone. Yes, it was that meadow that Bob barbed wired himself in the day earlier, tracing out Kerry's path.
