Wow, historic stuff, this here is the second comment that wasn't posted before the game was released.

It seems that they more or less had the game's scenario, characters and gameplay virtually finished by E3 2006, when it was first playable. This begs the question, why on earth did it release so late in 07? It must have been nearly complete by late 2006! Actually I remember that it was meant to release significantly earlier than it did, but apparently not much changed since this early build!

There will be such a thing, but not quite like the Phazon suit. Look at the beginning, there's a Hyper Mode. I'm guessing it's like the hyper mode at the end of Prime.

Of course, you won't be completely immune to Phazon. Remember the orange Phazon?
