PS why are all of you hating on this guy? He is giving his honest opinion of this device... its helping others for poss future purchases! I think Android phones are JUST as good as iphones... we have alot of the same apps and support on these phones. How do you all know this is his room, it may be his sisters or something... get over yourselves and grow up. What does his room have to do with anything... jfc...

I agree with him! I have a MyTouch 3g since Sept 2009 and up until a month ago I had been having a ton of probs with this phone. It was UBER slow (internet etc) and force closed everything. I did have a lot of pics on my phone (abt 800), but did delete over half and it was still slow. The phone would power off randomly. The rep at TMOB did a TRB-SHOOT and it still had software prob. They sent me another (refirb) and the camera doesnt work! I cant win! Very disappointed w/ this phone. :(

that is the tmobile network that is messing up and aandroid was just starting they had little apps true but this guys sounds dumb nothin had to do with any problems with the device

You must be a fool! You should have just purchased an iPhone 3GS. You would not have had that problem! especially since you had problems with the apps. Ha. Don't go HTC next time.

I got all my cases for the my touch on ebay for like 6 dollars. Advice! You never go to the cell phone company and buy anything from there. All the stuff for phones are highly expensive. You should have known that. Go on ebay and it'll be way cheaper. I got 3 cases for my phone for $18. You have to shop around and look.
