No seriously I was at the sleep apnea clinic testing my sleep apnea. Part of the whole loosing weight thing and getting healthy. They wire you up and stuff to test to see if you stop breathing in your sleep. It is supposed to help with your energy level so you can feel better. It was really awkward sleeping with all that stuff on and having someone watch me.

I did lose some weight. I filmed a video of me stepping on the scale and I thought about posting it. I am watching what I eat and working out. I need to pick up the pace though.
