First time I have heard this song was from the movie "Children On Their Birthdays"... Absolutely moving! And Tabia Reymonde sinfs its errorless and with the voice of an angel!!! Great song!!! Dream everyone it is our gift from God!

The beginning isn't Celine Singing it's the actress Tania Raymonde. This song was used in the movie "Children on Their Birthdays" and Raymonde sings this song for a solo as a part of the movie. It is on the movie's soundtrack.
