Music Ozzy Ozbourne "I just want you"

Weeks 3 and 4 were explosive block Long cycle, week 5 has been grinds with double snatch to Press. I have been away from my city on offcial business, so all i had for weeks 3,4,5 were 32kg bells. It was nice to get home today and have my full equipment ready to go.

  • Yes Sir, woking out in the "fitness room" at the holiday inn is not very cool. They got bent out of shape because i had my chalk in the room....some people just do not get it
