  • can u help me mate. I cannot do the 2 arm elbow lever at all. any exercises u no 2 build up2 it

  • @TheParm1990 check out beastskills com tutorials section, other than that do pseudo planch push ups and don't forget to warm up your wrists before you start elbow lever training.

  • you ever try two handed elbow lever on uneven surfaces? i didnt know if it would help me switch to the one hander

  • Yup, i did it on fences and pullup bars(one and 2 hands). As for one arm- the best way to practice is to try and ballance on one hand with the other one by your side(not stabbed) , try to lean your bodyweight to the stabbed hand and ballance (notice the way I start :)

  • that's called a hanglide

  • In bboying it's called a handglide freeze, but in acrobatics

    it's a one armed lever :P

  • Damn man how do u do this? I can easily do it with 2 arms but when I try with 1 it hurts my stomach way too much. I bet I could do it if it wasn't for the piercing pain. I have a 6 pack and it still hurts too much!
