Damn man how do u do this? I can easily do it with 2 arms but when I try with 1 it hurts my stomach way too much. I bet I could do it if it wasn't for the piercing pain. I have a 6 pack and it still hurts too much!

@TheParm1990 check out beastskills com tutorials section, other than that do pseudo planch push ups and don't forget to warm up your wrists before you start elbow lever training.

you ever try two handed elbow lever on uneven surfaces? i didnt know if it would help me switch to the one hander

Yup, i did it on fences and pullup bars(one and 2 hands). As for one arm- the best way to practice is to try and ballance on one hand with the other one by your side(not stabbed) , try to lean your bodyweight to the stabbed hand and ballance (notice the way I start :)

In bboying it's called a handglide freeze, but in acrobatics
it's a one armed lever :P
