When i visited back in 1989, large parts of the city were a dump and the security was crazy, but i am glad the city has improved, i often ate in the Avari (hotel) on that roof, nice food...

that MCB tower is new building, but i think the architects could have designed a better looking building, which could have become a symbol of not just Karachi but the whole Pakistan.
