This was a hot romance that was never really explored. The coupling of two mixed race Black women in a mostly white lesbian community is very interesting to me. I also think the actress who played Candace is gorgeous, so I don't understand anyone calling her ugly. All of the women on the L Word are beautiful in very different ways, it's one the strengths of the show.
