@ChainsawJimmy83 well i did mention about the tank in the video dude, there's not much risk of injury they're fairly robust they are built to withstand thrashing of large prey items he can handle a slight knock against the drawer but no i will say it again i am anti feeding in a separate enclosure as are all of the top breeders in the world. It's not practical and is incredibly dangerous to myself and anyone who attempts to help me do it. Equally there aren't any proven benefits to it.
@ChainsawJimmy83 As for feeding in a vivarium we have always fed in the vivarium be it in my own collection or at the breeding room i used to work in there's no benefit to a separate feeding space and typically it only increases personal risk. I do it this way, Bob Clark does it this way, James Coppen does it this way, Jay Brewer does it this way etc etc. As for the dropping issue i tend to have a door in the way however the plexi wall was hard for the camera to focus through so i didn't use it.
@ChainsawJimmy83 ok this comment is likely to be a two part reply i appreciate the concern however i will explain every one of the things you have presented me with. The set up was upgraded 3 months after the upload which was a year ago he's in a tank that is 18" high 6' long and 3' wide. That tank is stacked on top of the two retic tanks i have and supported by industrial bracketed shelves. This tank was a placeholder as it was winter and building tanks in the frost isn't fun.
@ChainsawJimmy83 best way to feed him would be to get a big RUB (really useful box) to feed him in this will allow you to put him inside and will prevent his body from dropping to the floor the way it did.
it will also allow you to put the lid on while he swallows the pray.
when he gets bigger you could feed him on the bathroom floor, its tiled it will be easy to clean and you can close the door while he swallows the pray, just make sure there's nowhere he can escape. sorry again for the rudenes
@ChainsawJimmy83 if you could kindly point out what you believe to be an issue i will address it however if you're just trolling for the sake of trolling i'm afraid i don't bite.

@chezequerz this is all good, if this info was in the description I wouldn't have insulted you. lol.
but I would never put my snake at risk of injury just to get a better camera angle.
it was the strike and drop that annoyed me every thing else I would has just said you could do with a bigger set-up and feeding him out of the viv.

@chezequerz sorry mate I wasn't trolling but i was rude and annoyed at the way you fed the snake.
this is how i should have replied.....
I think your set up should be twice that size as your snake would benefit a lot if it had a bit more room to "stretch" so to speak.
also when feeding try not to feed it in its viv as when you go to handle it it may think its feeding day and have a go at you hand.
never feed it the way you did letting it fall like that is a very bad idea and will cause injury.
