S4 Effect Knob Innacuracy

Just wondering if this happens to you. When my effect knob is centered it says 51. But when I calibrate the knobs the knob then says it is 50, which is perfect! The problem is when I restart my computer.
Once I load traktor again, the knob value resets to 51 despite it being in the middle. The problem reappears.
So each time I use traktor with my S4 i always have to re-calibrate the knobs.
My question is, is their a way to save this 'calibration' so I don't have to repeat this method over and over again? Or is something just wrong with my S4 effect knob? Thanks everyone!
I also used controller editor but i still got the same effect.
I installed the latest updates for the S4 and Traktor.
