I bought the gluten free plan a bit ago and never had a chance to print it because I don't own a printer.. My computer has since stopped working... Is there anyway I can download it again when I get a new computer?

How do you girls feel about pea protein?
Olympian Labs makes one that comes in pure, non-flavored form and one with a bit of stevia and vanilla. I've tried a sample pack and it tasted good. Not sure how easily the body absorbs it, how the amino acid profil is etc. Any idea?
Personally I find brown rice protein terribly gritty. Don't like it in shakes. I've got to admit, I've only tried SunWarrior, but I just don't feel like spending money on other powders if thay are basically the same.
I recently signed up for the gym and I'm kinda lolly gaggin around im just not so sure what i should do. Do you guys think you could make a gym workout routine for women.. ive looked everywhere and i just can get a good one. starting for beginners and moving up! Thanks

@jacquelineismeX grab any of the printable workouts from toneitupDOTcom and have at it! :) light weights & slow movements at first.. but as you get stronger, push harder!! xxo

@DomoCupcakeMonster no! Protein adds vital Amino Acids to your body, which are used to repair the sore muscle from exercise :) without it, your body will break down healthy tissue to fuel the repair

post workout protein shake should be no milk just water or ice, milk can be slow down protein digest, after work out your body muscle need more protien for recovering, milk is no good for post workout.
