  • Protein for breakfast is so correct! When I have oatmeal for breakfast, I am starving in a couple hours. This may seem odd but try chilled salmon (baked the night before) with red onion slices, tomato, olives and romaine, I feel full until late in the afternoon. A salad for lunch and oatmeal or millet cereal with fresh fruit in the evening. You will find yourself sleeping so much better too.
