Now for the recipe itself: looks like it might be too spicy for me, and I've developed a taste for spicy foods since moving to Texas. But I think I will try some version of this, because it doesn't call for limu seaweed. That's the one ingredient I can't find here.

Good on Victorino for lending his name to a local business from his old stomping grounds, and for also helping out those who need it. A goodly number of people have wealth, and quite a few have talent. Some have decency and heart. Victorino has all of that, and I respect that a lot.
