Pc's can do exactly the same thing a mac can do, only wit other software. The diffrence is that a mac can not play games while a pc can.

@videodude1298 i'm saying this not in the interest of starting a flamewar, but the largest reason behind those frequent errors and BSODs is not windows, but instead third party software. the third party software is poorly developed, and when it runs into an error that it can't handle, it crashes itself, or in some worse cases (depending on it's error) it could cause a BSOD. it has nothing to do with windows unless you messed with the kernel.

@gitghetto Why are you comparing iLife to MS Office? iLife should be compared to Windows Live Essentials and Microsoft Office should be compared to iWork.

I've been using PCs my whole life and hate the stupid retail trialware, frequent errors and BSODs. I recently learned how to use Snow Leopard and to me it's a whole lot simpler and better. It may not be for others; please DO NOT start a freakin flamewar.

@Mac5071 iLife doesn't have any "useful little features" that microsoft office doesn't have. it is harder to get a virus on a mac, i'll admit that. but the reason you stated is the exact reason why macs don't have viruses, it's because if you write a virus, you want to affect the largest amount of people possible, which is windows. nobody cares enough to attack people who use mac, because they're only going to affect 5% of the 'computer population' (for lack of a better term).

@gitghetto i life for example has many "little usefull features" And it's 10 times harder to get one of 6 viruses on m mac where you have to download software to attempt to protect your pc from hundreds of viruses and don't say that macs don't get viruses because no one uses them because that's not true.

@Mac5071 what, exactly, are these little features that PC can't get? i have a mac, and i've found that anything i do on my mac i can do just as easily on my PC, with the difference being that my PC can game much better than my mac can. the only thing i've found so far that pc can't do is expose, and even then there are programs that emulate expose. also, macs can get viruses, no discussion.
