Wow, all that AND they're planning to keep it under 1200? I'm really impressed right now. If I can upgrade the likely 126gb SSD to 256 for no more than another $150 then I'm completely sold. Keep it up lenovo. (By the way another video says the screen will be a 1600x900 IPS display, that's fantastic) Can't wait!
@mixmixi100 It looks like it's a glossy screen, and your fingers tend to be rather oily and sometimes dirty. Since they're demoing it it's been touched constantly.
@wrcousert 1. Probably 5-10 hours 2. 4GB-8GB 3. probably 720p or 1080p depending on which size you get. 4. Mostly likely intel HD built into the processor(shit) 5&6. No fucking clue. (I'm guessing all of these based on old ultrabooks and common specs.
If asus made a windows 8 transformer (said previously) i woulr buy it instantly. The metri design is awesome, and the fact that a offuce suite would cone out too means that the merge between home pc and tablet would be enevitable. Why get drag around a keyboard when your lying in bed? Why type on a touch screen in university wgen you could just attach the keyboard? Transformer would merge best of both worlds. And with tegra 3 and other great hardware, asus would make a quite nice tablet.
NEED a stylus like the x220t for students, and need 2 removable batteries (to change it without stopping the system)

I could see the keys getting caught on clothing and tearing the keys off.
