i don't think any other love song can be created with such a combination of lyrics and sound. Beauty through simplicity, the edge got the sound of this song to match PERFECTLY with the emotion and feeling of love (with or without you) such a great song, thank you U2!

Thats beautiful respect to Joy Division at the end there singing 'love will tear us apart'. U2 were extremely influenced by Joy Division and still are, i'm sure Bono and the lads would agree with me saying that Joy Division had they had not the problems they did would have been one of the BIGGEST bands coming out of Britain EVER. I respect Bono for doing his part in Ian Curtis' memory
